Beneficial for clients seeking to identify and incorporate short- and long-term goals toward a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.

This option is appropriate for clients who want to tackle changes in multiple areas, uproot more ingrained habits, need to do a food elimination/reintroduction program, or are interested in identifying values and strengths and how to incorporate those to create routines for a more resilient, joyful life.

Book your free Discovery Call on my booking calendar. During this call we will briefly discuss your challenges, answer your questions and discover how our partnership could empower and support you.
We meet via Zoom or telephone.

After our Discovery Call, You will receive a link to select and purchase the package you’ve chosen. After payment, you will receive a link to my online calendar to schedule your initial session.
Prior to your initial session, you will be provided a waiver and New Client forms based on the type of service you’ve selected (coaching or homeopathy consultation). Completing these forms will help streamline the process for our Initial Consultation.

This is where we can really tune in and get started!
This session is approximately 60-75 minutes. We will review your New Client forms and begin exploring the challenges you want to dive into. We will work together to develop an individualized plan specifically designed to support and empower you on this journey.

Follow-up sessions are approximately 40 minutes where we:
Explore challenges or obstacles
Consider areas or goals you may want to fine-tune
Make sure your goals are still relevant to your long-term vision
Organically grow your plan as you start seeing changes and feeling more empowered

When our time together comes to a close, your wrap-up session is important. This last session will be 60-90 minutes so we can review progress, successes and set you up going forward. You will have discovered your own deeper wisdom and developed new tools and strategies to navigate life – but I’m always here if you need more support on this journey we call life!
